Police are asking for public assistance to help locate missing 20-year-old Flowerdale man Carl Matthews.
Matthews was last seen at his home address on Whittlesea-Yea Road on April 15.
Police and family hold concerns for Carl as he suffers from a medical condition requiring regular medication.
Carl is described as Caucasian, 168 cm tall with slim build and light brown hair.
Police have released an image of Carl in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
