Murrindindi Shire is encouraging property owners to contact Rotary if they need help with emergency fencing to contain livestock following the recent severe weather and flood event.
The Alexandra and Yea Rotary Clubs are working with the Benalla Uniting Church Emergency Fencing Team to provide the installation of replacement boundary fencing using materials supplied by the property owner. The fencing team will provide its own tools and tractor.
Council is providing logistic support to both Rotary and the Benalla Uniting Church Fencing Team.
