North Brunswick send Kinglake for 6


North Brunswick/Rosebank 4th XI won the toss and elected to bat first making 262 from 35 overs before compulsory closure (cc). Kinglake were all out for 89.

S. Farooqui opened the batting for North Brunswick making 129 not out. Kinglake captain Jason Gaffee was the only Kinglake batsman to make double figures of 33.

The Lakers picked up three wickets from catches off the bowling of Simon Andrews, Jason Gaffee and Eddie O’Hara.

Next Saturday (October 21) and the following Saturday the Lakers are away to Preston Druids 3rd XI in a two-day game at A.H. Capp Reserve, Preston.
