Over a hundred local ladies are now gathered in their finery to celebrate Oaks Day, Kinglake style. Locals ladies began arriving just after midday, before the first Oaks Day race jumped at 12:15pm.
Kinglake Publicans Rob & John, with staff member Jacquie also behind the jump and Helen Simons on the door.
Sara Exton and Jenn Martin are running today with Ian ‘Misty Mountain’ Haysom MC broadcasting today’s races as Cr. Leigh Dunscombe as ‘SP Bookmaker’ runs the sweeps and is again supporting the Kinglake Ranges community.
