A man has died following a crash involving a motorcycle and a truck at Toolangi on the Healesville-Kinglake Road just after midday.
The crash happened when the south-bound motorcyclist collided with a tipper truck and trailer travelling in the opposite direction.
Healesville-Kinglake Rd was closed between Chum Creek Rd, Healesville and Myers Creek Rd in Toolangi for several hours.
Police reported the rider, yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
Police will investigate the cause of the collision and prepare a report for the coroner.
