Greens candidate for Indi Helen Robinson is a Beechworth veterinarian and Indi resident for 19 years.
Robinson owns Indigo Veterinary Services in Beechworth also completing a Masters Degree in Sustainable Agriculture.
These experiences have given her “great insight into the challenges small business owners face.”
She has also graduated from the Alpine Valleys Community Leadership Program, which gave her “a deep understanding of the issues facing our beautiful region,” and is the President of her local Landcare group.
In her spare time, Robinson enjoys the outdoors, cycling, bushwalking, gardening, orienteering, and navigating around stunning Australian bushland in the fascinating sport of Rogaining, in which she has been Australian Champion twice.
“I am passionate about the future of rural and regional communities, and the health of our natural and agricultural environments.“
