Victoria Police are investigating following a male allegedly exposing his penis to a female commuter on Hurstbridge bound train.
Transit Crime Investigation Unit detectives yesterday morning (June 21) arrested and charged a 34-year-old Mentone male after allegedly indecently exposing himself to a female commuter at about 6.40 am on a Hurstbridge bound train on May 25.
The alleged offender has been bailed to appear at Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on October 19.
