EPPING, VIC. — Detectives yesterday morning arrested and charged a 27-year-old Epping man following alleged stabbings in Epping and Dandenong North on the weekend.

It is alleged a silver Honda CRV wagon deliberately crashed into a house on Exner Street in Dandenong North about 10.15am on May 31.

Officers were told the male driver allegedly got out of the vehicle and stabbed the 34-year-old female occupant of the property, who is known to him.

It is alleged the offender earlier stabbed a 40-year-old man at a property on Bradman Terrace in Epping about 7.30am.

Both victims were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Yesterday morning, detectives arrested a 27-year-old Epping man in Epping.

He has been charged with several offences, including aggravated burglary, two counts of intentionally causing serious injury and reckless conduct endangering serious injury.

He will face the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court later today for a remand application.
