Yarra Ranges Highway Patrol are investigating after a car crashed into a house in Mooroolbark.

It is alleged that a grey Holden Commodore sedan was travelling south on Blackburn Road when the vehicle collided with a residence after turning right on May Road about 6.30pm yesterday, July 26.

Luckily, no one was injured when the vehicle struck the occupied home.

The vehicle caused significant damage to the front of the residence.

The driver, a 32-year-old Frankston woman, was breath tested at the scene and returned a positive reading of .066.
