Detectives are appealing for assistance from the public as they continue to investigate a car fire that occurred in St Kilda last year.

Detectives are appealing for assistance from the public as they continue to investigate a car fire that occurred in St Kilda last year.

Officers have been told a Nissan Elgrand was parked on Chapel Street when it was set alight at about 12:25am on October 17, 2024.

Detectives have made several enquiries but are yet to make an arrest.

A man police wish to speak with is described as approximately 180cm tall and with distinctive tattoos on his lower left leg and right calf.
