Police investigate Bundoora road rage incident

Police are investigating following a road rage incident on Plenty road, near the intersection of McKimmies Road, Bundoora at about 8 p.m. on Friday, April 27.

It’s believed the driver of a tipper and trailer truck exited his vehicle, produced a metal pole and threatened the driver of a Hyundai Getz.

A verbal argument ensued before the truck driver returned to his truck and left the scene.

The driver of the Hyundai Getz, a 46-year-old South Morang man, was uninjured following the ordeal.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, or who can help identify the driver of the truck to contact Crime Stoppers.

He is perceived to be of Mediterranean or Middle Eastern appearance, aged in his 20’s, about 170cm tall, with a medium build and short black hair.
