Several parties continually troll people online that sought to find out why Father Bob’s VCAT-appointed guardian was controlling who could visit Father Bob against his wishes.
Peta Knights and Foundation board members refuse to clarify information. The information provided to VicNews was verified by speaking directly to Father Bob, including the night before he passed when he talked of “suits coming for him. They’re awful people,” Father Bob said.
It is suspected ‘the suits’ to which Father Bob referred are Foundation board members.
A former board member and a former staff member confirmed to VicNews that the Board aren’t been transparent. The former staff member, who we’ve chosen not to name, said that “She supported Sally 110 per cent.”
“It’s not Sally doing the wrong thing,” they said.
The trolls include failed political candidate @WakeWtfu – Alex Devantier; @SecretSmiley52, @MsTrixter, @IntegrityAccord, @FionaJo90331745, Joanne Whittaker and James Knights among others.
Some of the same group of people previously were found on Twitter discussing “taking ‘shrooms to go to the movies.”
The Foundation Board, rather than answering questions and putting facts on the table appears to have engaged with Facebook and Twitter trolls.
The Board said in a media release, “The staff were made redundant because there is no further work for them.” This is not true, two staff members were not made redundant and the Foundation has not disclosed which two staff members were not.

Originally, all staff were being made redundant and the ‘Albert Park office [to be] sold and closed to save the Foundation money.’ The Foundation has not explained why the sudden change. It is unknown whether this was always the Board’s intention.
Father Bob told a friend of his for over 25 years on the phone that “he didn’t write or approve of the list. The fact John Saffran was on the list was suspicious to Fr Bob. He told me that he hadn’t seen him for years.”
“Father Bob also berated staff at Justin Villa and the VCAT-appointed guardian, Peta Knights, for denying entry to visitors he wanted to see. Her presence at Justin Villa directing facility staff was filmed, so denying her actions is pointless.”
We confirmed with Father Bob that the information was correct, with Father Bob himself reiterating the statements to VicNews.

Let’s not worry about people who can’t afford to feed, clothe, or educate their children.

Father Bob Maguire Foundation board members and Father Bob’s VCAT-appointed guardian has been contacted for comment.
