There’s keen interest in an Australian Electoral Commission report detailing a redistribution of federal electoral divisions with proposed changes to the Federal electorate of Indi including removing the eastern section of Moira Shire, including Tungama.
A section of Strathbogie Shire, including Euroa and Violet Town may be included in the Indi electorate redistrubution.
Objections must be lodged in writing by 6 p.m. on Friday, May 4 with comments on objections to be lodged by 6 p.m. on Friday, May 18.
Objections and comments will appear at www.aec.gov.au with a final determination to be published on Friday, July 13.
