Murrindindi residents invited to try festive favourites at Woolworths Christmas Food Fair this weekend

To make it easy for customers to get into the festive spirit and plan ahead for Christmas celebrations, Woolworths is inviting Murrindindi Shire and surrounding district customers in-store this weekend to sample some of their festive food favourites.

To make it easy for customers to get into the festive spirit and plan ahead for Christmas celebrations, Woolworths is inviting Murrindindi Shire and surrounding district customers in-store this weekend to sample some of their festive food favourites.

The Woolworths Christmas Food Fair will be held at your local Woolworths from 12pm – 4pm on Saturday 17 and Sunday, November 18 providing a fun and tasty way for customers to interact with the range.

Fresh produce, including seasonal mangos and prawns, along with fruit mince pies, Gold puddings and the award-winning Woolworths Half Leg Ham will be on hand to be sampled along with a variety of tasty items in the deli including Maggie Beers’ Triple Cream Brie.

Woolworths Eltham, Laurimar, Lilydale and Mernda Village Victoria State General Manager Andrew Hall said; “We know that our Murrindindi and District customers celebrate Christmas in so many different and unique ways and are always on the lookout for food inspiration and products to impress.

“This is a great opportunity for customers to try some of our exclusive festive favourites, including our award winning Woolworths Half Leg Ham and decadent Gold puddings, in advance so that they know what they can look forward to throughout the Christmas period and get prepared.

“It’s going to be a festive family event, where kids and parents alike can get into the Christmas spirit and excited for what’s to come when summer kicks off,” Hall said.

When: 12pm – 4pm. Saturday 17 and Sunday, November 18, 2018.

What: Woolworths customers can explore food stalls in store at the Woolworths Christmas Food Fair where they can try fresh, seasonal produce and treats, pick up tips and helpful information to make Christmas dishes their own, discover the different festive tastes and ask Woolworths team members about the range.
