At three quarter-time the Lower Plenty Bears had kicked just 3 points with the Eltham Panthers leading on 22 in a low-scoring Grand Final at Preston City Oval.
But Lower Plenty came back in the final term, with scores now level at the 25 minute mark before Lower Plenty kicked a goal after the siren to win the NFNL Division 2 Grand Final.
Lower Plenty now progress to NFNL Division 1 for season 2019.
