“One of the things that makes it so special is the growing houseboat industry that’s developed right around the deepwater harbour of the Eildon weir.
“In excess of 10 apprentices and many, many builders work there, in conjunction with up to 5,000 visitors who come to Lake Eildon at a busy time.
“In February next year, it’s 10 years since the Black Saturday fires. There’s still unfinished business, and I’m working with Murrindindi to make sure that community is ready to do what it needs to do,” McGowan said.
Gee she speaks very poorly, and seems to have little knowledge of what she speaks without referring to notes. A pity, as we need good independent voice for us.
