BROADMEADOWS, VIC. — Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a stabbing in Broadmeadows last night.
A man was located with a stab wound on the corner of Kitchener and Goulburn streets about 9.35pm.
The 19-year-old man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

No arrests have been made at this stage.
Police were called to reports of a brawl nearby and are working to establish if this incident is linked to the stabbing.
It is understood that a group of men, who were armed with machetes, were fighting on Cuthbert and Joffre streets about 9.30pm.
They fled the scene in vehicles before the police arrived.
